ITALIAN GARLIC SAUSAGE ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 PC CHOPPED AGUILA ITALIAN GARLIC SAUSAGE
  • 4 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 3 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
  • 4 TBSP COOKING CREAM
  • 4 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 400g COOKED FETTUCCINE
  • 4 TBSP CHOPPED PARSLEY LEAVES
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Sate Italian Garlic Sausage in Butter
  2. Add Flour and mix well
  3. Add Stock, Cream, and Cheese. Cook until sauce thickens, season to taste
  4. Mix Pasta or top with Sauce. Garnish with more Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
