LONGGANISA FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
- 2Tbsp OIL
- 100g AGUILA LUCBAN LONGGANISA (without casing)
- 1 tbsp WHITE ONION
- 1 tbsp CARROT
- ½ cup SHREDDED LETTUCE
- 1.5 cup COOKED RICE
- 1 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
- 1 Tbsp LIQUID SEASONING
- 1 pc SALTED EGG
- 2 Tbsp CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Saute longganisa in oil until brown but not dry
- Add onions, carrot, and lettuce
- Mix in rice, soy sauce and seasoning
- Garnish with chopped salted egg and spring onions
