INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Golden A Mango Concentrate
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1/3 cup Brandy
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 pc Fresh Mango, cubed
- 3 pcs Bottled Cherries
PROCEDURES
- In a sauce pan, melt butter under low heat.
- Add 1 cup Golden A Mango concentrate from a bottle of 500ml concentrate to the butter mixture. Mix well.
- Turn off heat. Add 1/3 cup brandy to complete the mango jubille mixture.
- Prepare fancy serving cups, scoop vanilla ice cream.
- Add chopped fresh cubed, chilled mango.
Garnish with cherry.
