PESTO AND SAUSAGE PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 CUP FRESH BASIL LEAVES
- 1 PC SLICED AGUILA ITALIAN GARLIC SAUSAGE
- 1-2 PCS GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
- ¼ CUP PINE NUTS
- ¾ CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- ¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- ¼ CUP GRATED PECORINO ROMANO CHEESE
- ½ LB COOKED FETTUCCINE
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese in food processor for 15 secs
- Pour in oil and process until fine texture
- Cook pasta and sausage to desired doneness
- Mix sauce, pasta and sausage to your liking
