THICK CUT BACON CARBONARA
INGREDIENTS
- 4 TBSP BUTTER
- 8 TBSP CHOPPED AGUILA THICK CUT COUNTRY BACON
- 4 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 3 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
- 4 TBSP COOKING CREAM
- 4 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 4 TBSP SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 4 TBSP COOKED GREEN PEAS
- 400g COOKED FETTUCCINE NOODLES
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Saute Bacon in Butter until brown
- Add Flour and mix well
- Add Stock, Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Mushrooms, and Green Peas. Cook until Sauce thickens
- Add or top Pasta in Sauce
- Garnish with More Cheese and Parsley
