INGREDIENTS
  • 45 ml GoldenA Four Season
  • 30 ml GoldenA Grenadine
  • 275 ml White Wine 
  • 270 ml Schweppes Tonic Water
  • 50 g Red or Green Apples, Cubed
  • 50 g Kiwi, Cubed
  • 50 g Seedless Red Pineapple, Cubed
  • 50 g Orange 
GARNISH
  • 50 g Strawberry + Mint Leaves
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  • Combine 275 ml white wine (we use Yellow Tail, almost half a bottle), emperador brandy, four season syrups, grenadine in fancy pitcher.
  • Stir well using fancy mixing spoon.
  • Add chopped fresh fruits ½ inch to infuse.
  • Transfer into tall wine glasses w/ few cubes of ice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves, strawberry + orange.
