- 4 TBSP GARLIC, MINCED
- 4 RED ONIONS, SLICED
- THYME SPRIGS
- 4 TBSP HONEY
- 1 KG SEEDLESS GRAPES
- 2 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP RED WINE
- 1 TSP HOT RED PEPPER FLAKES
- SALT
- PEPPER
- 2 TBSP PARSLEY
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- WARM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER. SAUTEE ONIONS AND GARLIC. ADD SLICED ½-INCH THICK SAUSAGES AND THE REST OF INGREDIENTS FOR 7 -10 MINUTES UNDER LOW HEAT.
- ADD GRAPES, WINE AND GARNISH WITH PARSLEY.
