BACON AND SAUSAGE CHOWDER
INGREDIENTS
- 4 TBSP BUTTER
- 4 TBSP CHOPPED AGUILA COUNTRY BACON
- 1 TBSP CHOPPED WHITE ONIONS
- 1 TBSP CHOPPED CELERY
- 1 TBSP CHOPPED CARROTS
- 1 PC DICED AGUILA BACON AND SAUSAGE CHEESE
- 4 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 3 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 CUP FRESH MILK
- 4 TBSP COOKED DICED POTATO
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- In a pot, saute bacon, onions, celery, and carrots in butter for 1 min
- Add Sausage and stir for another minute
- Add flour and mix well
- Add stock and milk, stir until liquid thickens
- Add Potato and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with croutons and parsley
