BACON AND SAUSAGE CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 TBSP BUTTER
  • 4 TBSP CHOPPED AGUILA COUNTRY BACON
  • 1 TBSP CHOPPED WHITE ONIONS
  • 1 TBSP CHOPPED CELERY
  • 1 TBSP CHOPPED CARROTS
  • 1 PC DICED AGUILA BACON AND SAUSAGE CHEESE
  • 4 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 3 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
  • 1 CUP FRESH MILK
  • 4 TBSP COOKED DICED POTATO
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. In a pot, saute bacon, onions, celery, and carrots in butter for 1 min
  2. Add Sausage and stir for another minute
  3. Add flour and mix well
  4. Add stock and milk, stir until liquid thickens
  5. Add Potato and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with croutons and parsley
