INGREDIENTS
    • 250g AGM Pepperoni
    • 2 boneless chicken thighs
    • 1kg small shrimps, peeled
    • 2 KG PASTA NOODLES

    Marinade for chicken & shrimp:

    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp onion powder
    • 2 Tbsp Chef Reggie’s Aromatic seasoning wine
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Olive oil


    Salad Components:

    • 2 onions, diced
    • ½ cup sundried tomatoes
    • 1 cucumber, sliced
    • ½ kg cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup asparagus, blanched, cut in 1 inch lengths
    • Basil leaves
    • 2 red/yellow bell pepper, diced
    • 100g baby arugula
    • 100g spinach
    • PARMESAN CHEESE

      Dressing:
    • 4 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    • 4 Tbsp honey *optional
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 cup olive oil
    • 2 tsp parsley
    • Oregano/ dried basil
    • Salt
    • Pepper
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. MARINADE CHICKEN THIGHS & SMALL SHRIMP FOR 30 MINUTES. CHOP CHICKEN INTO CUBES AND PAN FRY WITH OLIVE OIL AND PEPPERONI ON LOW HEAT. SET ASIDE
  2. COOK 2 kg cooked pasta FOR 8-12 MINUTES IN A POT OF BOILING WATER. DRAIN THE WATER AND drizzled with olive oil. TOSS ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND toP WITH greens and parmesan CHEESE!
