INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. cooked sago
- Big tapioca pearls
- 3 tbsp. green gulaman or jell-o, chilled and cubed
- 1 tbsp GoldenA Sago Syrup
- ¼ cup or 50 ml coconut
- milk (canned or tetra pack)
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- 2 tsp. toasted pinipig
PROCEDURES
- Prepare two glasses. Half the ingredients to divide between 2 glasses.
- Add 10–15 minutes of pre-cooked sago/tapioca pearls) from a 100-gram store-bought pack.
- Add green cubed ½ inch jell-o (2–5 minutes pre-cooked and chilled) from a 6oz store-bought pack.
- Add coconut milk from a 400-ml can of store-bought coconut milk.
- Add 1 tbsp from the GoldenA Sago Syrup 500 ml bottle. Do not mix yet.
- Prepare and add crushed ice using an ice crusher.
- Garnish with toasted pinipig, store-bought.
