SPICY SHRIMP & CHORIZO AMATRICIANA
INGREDIENTS
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
- 8 TBSP CHOPPED AGUILA CHORIZO
- 8 TBSP SHRIMP
- 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC
- 2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 TSP SUGAR
- 1 TSP DRIED CHILI FLAKES
- 1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
- 1 TSP DRIED BASIL
- 400g COOKED PENNE NOODLES
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Saute Chorizo in Olive and Butter until brown
- Add Garlic and Shrimp, saute for 30 sec, do not brown
- Add Tomato Sauce, Stock, Sugar, Chili Flakes, Oregano, and Basil. Simmer for 5min
- Add or top Pasta with Sauce. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese
